Repairing something yourself

Don't you love when you just repair something yourself?

Recently my laptop, James, broke. We figured out that the AC adaptor lead thing that charges the taplop had completely broken. So, I bought a new charger, because that was unfixable.. but then it still didn't work. And, so, we tried many things, but decided it just needed some TLC. And now it's all better. And, has saved me a lot of money. Which is good.

There are also occasions where you just stick something together with sellotape, and blu tack.

For example, the back of my phone, the bit that's not supposed to fall off, fell off. And, I had it just hanging off. But then, I lost it. And found it. And lost it again. And I lost the power button.. so, it's not looking good. But then I fixed it.. with some sellotape and a red envelope. Sorted.
